The pool has been a community fixture since 1978 and has provided swimming lessons, public swimming and competitive programs for generations of local families. The 2026 season is the pool’s final season as the community transitions toward a new regional aquatic centre.

Lets’emot Regional Recreation & Aquatic Centre

The District of Kent is planning a new year-round regional recreation and aquatic centre to replace the aging Ferny Coombe Outdoor Pool. The new facility is intended to provide year-round aquatic programming and reduce the need for residents to travel to larger communities for swimming and recreation.

Harrison Lake & Harrison Lagoon

Harrison Hot Springs is only a short drive from Agassiz and provides popular summer swimming opportunities along the Harrison Lake waterfront.
